FOOD, INC.

I'm not trying to scare you (yes I am) but it might be a good idea (it's imperative) that some of you (all of you) see Food, Inc.
Now before you think I'm radical (maybe a little bit) about food, let me just say that I eat meat, I eat bacon and I've been known to scoff down a Big Mac and Supersize fries now and again. I would like to continue to do so, but I'd like to feel safe while doing it.
If you care about your health, your children's health, if you eat food sold in a grocery store, rent it tonight.

  1. I totally agree. Another movie that goes along great with this one is King Corn.

  3. I'm a little afraid to watch this movie. I love eating meat and yet I feel I am one scary movie away from being a vegetarian... and I am not a fan of vegetarians despite that fact!!

  4. No.. I'm still eating meat but probably not at McDonald's anymore! It made me just more conscious of trying to buy from local farms which is always good. WATCH IT!

  5. A friend told me about this last week so I am in line rent from the Library. Now I'll be a total nut case. I did just start receiving milk deliveries at my doorstep from Puleo's in Salem. They deliver homemade ice cream too!
