Listen. If you don't want big legs then stop going to the gym. Haven't you ever wondered why, if men are always trying to get bigger and women are always trying to get smaller, how can we all be doing the same exercises for opposite goals? Somebody's got it wrong and this time (this time only, mind you) it's us. Lifting, running, spinning, stepping, all equal big legs. Yes I know the trainers always tell you weight lifting/exercising won't make you big but they lie. My husband was always jealous of my thighs and calves during lacrosse season. So skip the gym (and the fries), sit on your yoga mat, say OM and relax.
